Evara Health Program
About This Program
We strive to deliver the highest quality, evidenced-based, compassionate patient centered care to the community. Program is based in a FQHC serving Pinellas County in Tampa Bay, Florida. We serve a very diverse population with mostly complicated health care needs. Many of the patients served are considered low-income, with a significant portion falling below the poverty line. We have ACGME Osteopathic Recognition and in addition offer a Lifestyle Medicine Curriculum.
