Overview

Diverse clinical training where, in all settings, care is provided for patients across the continuum of serious illness, including diagnosis, treatment, remission or cure, and end of life. Experience gained through these training settings: UVA inpatient palliative care consult service, UVA palliative care clinic, hospice care, and long-term care facilities, help to gain experience in care across the continuum of illness.
