Wherever you choose to care for the geriatric population, our fellowship will give you the knowledge and skills you need to provide person-centered, interdisciplinary team-based care for each of your older adult patients across the continuum of care. - You will deliver care in outpatient settings (as consultants and primary care providers), hospitals, retirement communities, assisted living facilities, long term care facilities and private residences. Rotations in the fellowship will include lon
