About This Program

Our program is open to Family Medicine and Internal Medicine trained physicians interested in Geriatric Medicine, Primary Care and or/ future Medical Director Leadership positions. Our program offers a surplus of educational opportunities and provides trainees exposure to a longitudinal - integrated interprofessional approach to the care of older adults including multiple models of care and the program focuses on individual goals.
