University of Connecticut Program
About This Program
We welcome applications from Internal and Family Medicine residents eager to improve the care of older adults. We train fellows to provide the high-quality evidence-based care in the hospital, office, home and long-term care. Outpatient care is based at our multidisciplinary Geriatrics and Healthy Aging Center, serving a diverse population of seniors in greater Hartford, CT. Fellows are exposed to research at our Older Americans Independence Center with options to pursue geroscience research.
