ECU Health Medical Center/East Carolina University Program
About This Program
The ECU Med-Peds Residency trains compassionate, skilled physicians to serve the rural and medically underserved communities of eastern North Carolina. With a warm, family-like atmosphere and small-town charm, our program blends academic excellence with community engagement. Residents care for patients of all ages in our dedicated Med-Peds clinic. Built-in curricula include POCUS, LGBTQ+ health, health advocacy, and transition medicine-preparing residents to lead in any setting.
