About This Program
Houston is a very diverse city, and we see a large volume of patients. Our Fellows do many surgical cases, including common and rare diseases. Fellows are expected to attend at least 1 General Surgery clinic each week. They also have the option to attend one of our specialty clinics - oncology, colorectal, CDH, high-risk neonatal care, to name a few. Fellows manage our Fetal and ECMO patients, and they graduate with a very high volume of cases.
