About This Program
The program has a unique leadership structure with a program director and 4 associate program directors, one for each residency class. This structure has allowed our program to grow in areas of recruitment, feedback, mentorship, research, curriculum, and administrative tasks. Our program also provides opportunities for electives during the R3 year and mini fellowship and pathway programs for residents during their R4 year.
