Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Permian Basin) Program
About This Program
Our Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship offers comprehensive training in the unique West Texas/Permian Basin region, serving diverse children, adolescents, and families across urban and rural communities. Fellows gain broad clinical experience across outpatient, inpatient, pediatric, community, school-based, juvenile justice, child advocacy, and neurology settings. Our multidisciplinary, family-centered approach emphasizes developmental psychiatry, evidence-based treatment, cultural and spiritual considerations, and collaboration across systems of care. Fellows also benefit from close faculty mentorship, interdisciplinary education, and opportunities for scholarly activity and research.
