On-duty meals up to $3000/yr. Offsite rotations include Sports Medicine, SNF, Interventional Pain, Movement Disorders. St Luke's Rehab is the largest Rehab Hospital west of the Mississippi River and a Neuromuscular ALS Center of Excellence.
