Train and live in the beautiful Inland Northwest! See website stlukespmr.org and social media for more details. Collaborative training with FM, IM, Psychiatry, and Peds residents & fellows. On-duty meals up to $3000/yr. Offsite rotations include SNF, VA, Shriner's, Movement Disorders, Sports Medicine. St Luke's Rehab is the largest Rehab Hospital west of the Mississippi River and a Neuromuscular ALS Center of Excellence. Consults occur at a Level II Trauma hospital and Comprehensive Thrombectom
