About This Program
This is the only PM&R residency program in Arizona. HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital and HonorHealth Osborn Hospital provides comprehensive inpatient PM&R services. The VA provides outpatient musculoskeletal services including interventional fluoroscopic guided procedures, electrodiagnostic studies and diagnostic ultrasound clinics. Pediatric rehabilitation experience is at Phoenix Children's hospital. Dedicated research time is included. The program offers four continues years of training
