A three-year training program that was one of the first ACGME accredited PHM fellowships in the nation. The 1st year of the fellowship focuses primarily on the development of clinical, medical education, and leadership skills, while the 2nd and 3rd years focus on acquiring and applying academic skills tailored to the applicant's interests. PHM fellows complete all ACGME requirements in the first 2 years. The 3rd year is devoted to individualized academic experiences and independent clinical time
