About This Program
All employees have immediate access to SupportLinc, our employee assistance program. In addition, residents and fellows receive an annual well-being benefit of $500 to use towards personal wellness. Access to UW Health fitness facilities at no cost and/or a reduced rate for the entirety of training. Full time residents may take up to six (6) weeks of paid parental and/or caregiver leave for a qualifying event.
