Operative experience: chiefs routinely finish with well over 3000 cases. PGY3-5: book or instrument allowance of $300 per year. Support to attend meetings/courses and chief meeting or Osler course. Headlamp, scissors, Academy membership, study aids. 3 month dedicated research rotation. Exclusive Otolaryngology residents resource center/lounge with eight computer stations.
