Life & Culture

Our program is the only accredited sports medicine fellowship in the State of Louisiana. Fellows have the opportunity to work closely with team physicians for the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans. Ochsner Sports Medicine also has one of the largest outreach programs in the state of Louisiana (80+ athletic trainers who cover professional, college and high school teams). The fellows have good exposure to a wide variety of team coverage.
