Kaiser Permanente Southern California (San Diego) Program
About This Program
Our program is uniquely structured to prepare fellows for independent practice by treating them as junior attendings from day one. There are no service obligations, no scutwork, and no traditional rotations. Instead, fellows build and manage their own patient panels with close mentorship, gaining progressive autonomy in clinic and in the OR.
