UofL Neurosurgery is a vibrant program in Louisville, Kentucky. Our affiliated health system, UofLHealth, is the region's only Level 1 Trauma Center, offering our residents a wide variety of experiences and plentiful surgical opportunities. Faculty members focus their practices by subspecialty, offering residents exposure to both inpatient and outpatient clinical practices. Located on the Ohio River, the City of Louisville has the best of both midwest and southern communities. Come and visit!
