Westchester Medical Center Program
About This Program
The WMC program stands out by virtue of the unparalleled acuity of the patients served by our tertiary/quaternary referral, ECMO, and transplant center. This extremely complicated population is also strikingly diverse in all aspects of patient diversity: range and stage of pathology, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, nationality and language, prior engagement with the healthcare system, and so on. This intense training environment is at the same time extremely fellow-friendly.
