Overview

SUNY Upstate Dept of Geriatrics is located in the heart of CNY. Our Fellowship will offer a wide array of Geriatrics experience ranging from Outpatient and Inpatient exposure, Home Based Primary Care, Hospice, Long Term Care Settings. In addition there is ample time to focus on work on QI and Research Projects of particular interest to our Fellows. Fellows will also gain experience teaching Residents and Med Students to the nuances of Geriatric based medicine and care.
