SUNY Upstate Medical University located in the heart of NYS is home to a robust Geriatrics Fellowship program offering experiences with Inpatient Based Consult Service (ACE), Twice Weekly continuity clinics in our state-of-the-art Nappi Wellness Center, VA Based Care, Home Based Primary Care, Interdisciplinary relationships with SW, PM&R, NeuroPsych, Pharmacy, Ortho, Trauma. As a Center of Excellence for Alzheimer's Disease fellows will gain in-depth exposure in the nuances of dementia care.
