About This Program
The Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at UMMC, the only academic center in Mississippi, offers comprehensive training in caring for older adults across diverse settings. Fellows gain experience in outpatient, inpatient, long-term care, and home-based care. With strong mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a focus on underserved populations, our program prepares physicians to lead in geriatric care in both academic and community settings.
