The geriatric medicine fellowship program at the University of Maryland/Baltimore VA Medical Center offers one-year clinical training that encompasses the spectrum of clinical practice, including inpatient sub-acute care, inpatient consultations, palliative care, outpatient clinics, comprehensive evaluations for patients with dementia, home care and long term care. Research opportunities are available through the Baltimore Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center (GRECC).
