About This Program
UIC Geriatrics Fellowship offers a comprehensive geriatric training program. Training occurs in various settings, including comprehensive geriatric clinics, memory clinic, geriatric consult service, home based primary care, skilled nursing facilities, and palliative care. UIC is the only program in Chicago that combines both academic and VA experiences, allowing fellows to gain exposure to diverse patient populations. The program also supports research activities and quality improvement projects
