Flexible curriculum to promote skill development aligning with fellows' career interests, nurturing future leaders in geriatrics. Full spectrum of care settings: inpatient, outpatient, long term care, acute and subacute rehabilitation, home-based care, palliative care and hospice. Focus on trainee wellness with quarterly support for fellows to plan and participate in wellness events
