Integrated program between FM and IM. Strong institutional support from university, community, and VA hospitals. Broad-based experience in primary care, PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), hospice, consultative, home, hospital, and extended care sites. Emphasis on interdisciplinary teamwork, leadership skills, and quality improvement. Our graduates are prepared to practice in any setting of care, be leaders in geriatric medicine, and skilled geriatric educators.
