About This Program
Our program is closely affiliated with the University of Louisville Trager Institute. To prepare fellows for a wide range of career opportunities, fellows train in various clinical settings, including acute care, subacute rehab, long term care, outpatient clinic, program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE), and home care. Our goal is to train physicians to be geriatricians, educators, health systems experts, community leaders, advocates, and innovators in change.
