Providence Health & Services-Oregon/Hood River Rural Program
About This Program
We are a collaborative rural program partnering with Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital, a critical access hospital, and One Community Health Migrant Community Health Center, an FQHC. Our residents spend the bulk of their first year at our urban sister program, Providence Milwaukie FMR. In their 2nd & 3rd years, residents live and work in Hood River, OR a beautiful and diverse rural community. Nearly half of the clinic patient population we serve is Spanish speaking only.
