For more than 15 years, our residency has embraced a four-year training model grounded in comprehensive family medicine. Today, as a participant in AIRE, a joint ABFM and ACGME initiative, we are advancing that vision by integrating fellowship training into residency. Our goal is to graduate family physicians with both the breadth to care for individuals, families, and communities across the lifespan and the depth of expertise needed to meet the evolving needs of modern practice.-
