Our mission is to train exceptional family physicians, ideally suited for rural practice in the 21st Century. We are an accredited, unopposed, 8/8/8 residency program embedded at Aviva Health, an innovative Patient-centered Primary Care Home (PCPCH) practice and affiliated with CHI Mercy Health-Mercy Medical Center, a full-service regional medical center in Roseburg, Oregon. We offer training in Lifestyle Medicine, MAT, office-based procedural skills, and interest-guided experiences.
