About This Program
Community-based residency program.Situated in wealthy Oakland County, Pontiac has a high social vulnerability index. In this setting, residents train in Michigan's first FQCH-based residency. Residents learn to become experts in underserved medicine, participating in teams with community health workers, behavioral health consultants, street medicine clinicians, clinicians who conduct medication-assisted treatment, Centering pregnancy visits, and more. Diverse faculty and resident cohorts.
