University of Kansas School of Medicine/CHCSEK (Pittsburg) Program
About This Program
Our program is housed for PGY2/3 in an FQHC which is quite large, but also provides a rural focused experience with broad hands on curriculum including high volume of women's health and other clinic based procedures and the option to complete training in endoscopy, and to achieve adequate numbers of deliveries to practice obstetrics. The primary clinic for PGY2/3 is highly focused on the underserved and makes use of CHWs and patient navigators and 340b pharmacy and in house wellness department.
