The Division of Cardiac Anesthesia performs over 1200 operations each year, including adult and pediatric cardiac surgery cases. The fellows participate in a diverse case mix that includes myocardial revascularizations, complex aortic disease, minimally invasive valve procedures (TAVI, AVR, MVR) and high risk procedures that are part of VADs, ECMO and heart transplantation.
