Accredited in 2019, the Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesia fellowship trains fellows in all acute and advanced anesthetic management modalities and provides training in advanced perioperative transesophageal echocardiography leading to national certifications. Cardiac transplant, mechanical assist devices, pediatric and adult congenital pathology and a regional ECMO program complement the clinical experience. Minimally invasive interventions constitute 25% of the surgical volume.
