University at Buffalo Program
About This Program
Our fellowship offers rigorous clinical training, protected education days, and progressive autonomy to prepare future leaders in anesthesiology. Fellows manage complex cases with strong faculty support and gain advanced skills, including a unique echocardiography rotation. With limited calls, internal moonlighting, and a focus on well-being, the program fosters growth, confidence, and leadership in a supportive, high-quality learning environment.
