Transitional Year Program gets three weeks (3 blocks of 5 days) of vacation (15 days), and 10 sick days. We are a smoke free hospital. Residents get full CEX at the beginning and end of their training. 6 months on the floors, 1 month in the ER, 1 month ambulatory. 4 months of electives, from a wide range to suit your target specialty. All weekends off on electives.
