Our Transitional Year Residency in Myrtle Beach offers robust clinical training at the region's only Level 1 Trauma, Cardiac, and Stroke center. Just two blocks from the beach, we continue academic excellence with a strong focus on resident wellness. With diverse rotations, personalized teaching, and access to high-acuity cases, our program prepares residents for success in any specialty--all while enjoying the unique lifestyle of coastal living!
