ECU Health Medical Center/East Carolina University Program
About This Program
We are a well-establish program with over 30-years of producing successful dual-trained physicians. We have both a med/psych medical unit for patients with comorbid acute medical and psychiatric illness and a psych/med psychiatric unit for patients with comorbid acute psychiatric and stable medical conditions. We will also be opening a new 144-bed stand-alone psychiatric hospital in 2025.
