Overview

As one of the larger programs in the Northeast, Baystate Med-Peds has a strong identity and presence. Within the only teaching health system in Western Massachusetts, our residents train within a culture that values educational excellence, commitment to serving our patients, advancing healthcare equity and caring for each other. Our learner-manager-teacher model provides residents well-rounded training to achieve their career goals within hospital medicine, outpatient medicine or subspecialty.
