Academic half-day in both categorical programs + six Med-Peds half-day conferences annually, Med-Peds case-based health equity conferences, journal club, Sim sessions, and professional development workshops; mental and behavioral health rotation, home visit curriculum; lots of opportunities for program engagement and leadership via resident-led committees on community engagement, ambulatory, curriculum & scholarship, and recruitment, all in the unique and vibrant city of New Orleans!
