Overview

The central mission of the UCSD Neurocritical Care Fellowship Program is to train fellows as neurointensivists under a pathway that will enable them to matriculate as sought-after academic neurointensivists with specialized training and expertise in neurocritical care clinical management, administration, education, quality improvement and research.UC San Diego is the only medical center in San Diego County with a designated Neurocritical Care Unit (NCCU) and primary NCC service.
