University of Texas M D Anderson Cancer Center Program
About This Program
Fellows will have the opportunity to care for cancer and non-cancer patients in a true interdisciplinary setting with clinical pharmacists, psychologists/counselors, chaplain, nursing team, social work and case managers. They will rotate in the inpatient Palliative Care Unit, inpatient consult service and outpatient clinic. Fellows will experience a year-long didactic curriculum and lecture series that covers symptom management, communication skills, psychosocial and research topics.
