Overview

Our program features interdisciplinary meetings, weekly didactics, journal club, and education series which connects the fellow to other HPM fellows in the country, providing networking opportunities; just to mention few. An outpatient clinic throughout the year, as well, as longitudinal hospice rotation which includes home hospice, residential and inpatient hospice. A very supportive environment with faculty and staff devoted to patient centered care and clinical education for our fellow.
