Wake Forest HPM fellowship offers a very diverse fellowship program. Fellows get to rotate in a university and community hospital setting. We have a very strong relationship with local hospices for their inpatient/home hospice rotation. Fellows have a block academic 1/2-day experiences for education in addition complete a research series, hospice medical director series and teaching series to improve their overall skills. We also have a strong narrative medicine and self-care curriculum.
