Program & Work Schedule

Lincoln's Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program is a well established training program committed to providing high quality, equitable care to our underserved South Bronx Community. Our training program offers a robust clinical experience in the Inpatient Consultation service and the Ambulatory Care service. Fellows rotate in long term care facilities (both Adult & Pediatric), with VNS Health's dedicated Home Hospice service and have off site Elective rotations in Pain/Palliative Care.
