Our program offers a diversity of training sites, including an NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with great experience in complex symptom management and communication experience,both in-patient and out-patient. The Detroit VA medical Center is a training site providing a broad exposure to general (non-cancer) clinical diagnoses and symptom issues in in-patient, out-patient and residential hospice settings. Fellows are encouraged to attend any relevant lectures, workshops, etc.
