Health system- based program that offers extensive inpatient and outpatient experience in palliative medicine with one-on-one mentorship with program director and faculty. Care experience in a variety of settings including acute care hospital, outpatient clinics,(including a cancer center based clinic), inpatient hospice unit, extended care facilities and home visits.
