Our fellowship offers a flexible, learner- approach that supports both professional development and personal well-being. Fellows receive comprehensive training with patients from a wide range of backgrounds across a variety of settings, including inpatient hospice units, hospital-based consult services, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, simulation centers and home-based hospice care. -
