About This Program
Our program has VA and community hospital experiences. All employees have immediate access to SupportLinc, our employee assistance program. In addition, residents and fellows receive an annual well-being benefit of $500 to use towards personal wellness. Access to UW Health fitness facilities at no cost and/or a reduced rate for the entirety of training. Full time residents may take up to six (6) weeks of paid parental and/or caregiver leave for a qualifying event.
