About This Program
Indiana University's Surgical Critical Care Fellowship is a one-year ACGME-accredited program at IU Health Methodist Hospital and Eskenazi Hospital, two level one trauma centers. Fellows manage trauma, surgical, and critically ill patients across multiple ICUs. The program emphasizes hands-on care, multidisciplinary teamwork, structured education, and research. A two-year acute care surgery track is available. Graduates are prepared for board certification and leadership in critical care.
