Overview

The University of Florida surgical critical care fellowship offers dynamic, multidisciplinary training in a Level 1 trauma center. In collaboration with the surgical services, the critical care teams manage 3500 critically ill patients, allowing fellows to experience the full scope of surgical critical care. We also offer an additional year of training in trauma and acute care surgery, which encompasses emergent trauma and non-trauma surgical emergencies as well as surgical critical care.
