The UTHSC program continues a strong tradition of training surgeons across the full scope of general surgery. We lead trauma care at the Presley Regional Trauma Center and offer advanced experience through our nationally recognized transplant program, including liver, kidney, and pancreatic procedures. At LeBonheur Children's Hospital, a freestanding regional referral center, residents gain broad exposure to pediatric surgery. We are also expanding our surgical oncology department and cancer cen
